R. Townley Roofing was established in 1984 by Rick G. Townley operating as a sole proprietor until 1997, when he formed Jorpay Inc. dba: R. Townley Roofing. Continuing to grow the business and expand from individual residential projects to large multistory commercial properties. Today our company services all the San Joaquin County and beyond. We carry $1,000,00 in both general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are one of the leading roofing contractors.
